Two projects are planned in Back of the Yards at The Plant:
The Plant – Native Plants in Containers. In 2015, a native plants demonstration garden was created in containers — including Prairie Dropseed, Nodding Pink Onion, and more.
Future
The Plant – Landscaping Project. Plant Chicago volunteers will create a new edible landscape demonstration garden, and help maintain and build out the existing hugelkultur mounds area.
